The popularity of Chef Adrian's fundraising cooking demonstrations continue to grow. This opportunity offers a cost effective platform for primary schools, secondary schools, GAA clubs, ICA groups and all local charities to raise much needed funds. A package that includes, a full cooking demo kitchen, sound provided with sound engineer, combined with the communication, cookery skills and excellence of Chef Adrian. Full public liability insurance covered by Flogas, lighting and overhead mirror for the audience to see. Adrian’s team will deliver and set up the cooking demo unit and sound on the afternoon of the event. Artwork for Posters and Tickets will be provided.The night includes a fun filled night with audience participation and surprises throughout the night.
It is recommended. To have a number of other local food producers on the night to set up and retail for a small fee. A sponsored complementary glass of wine for every person in the audience. A committee to be formed to promote and sell tickets beforehand. Tickets to be sold at recommended €15-20. A number of spot prizes to be collected from local businesses for a raffle on the night. Ticket sales during a break in proceedings are another way of raising funds.
